Description
Handbrake lever locking tool for all vehicles with brake lever on the handlebar
Locks the handbrake and thus reliably prevents the vehicle from rolling away
Examples of use: on steep terrain parking, during transport of vehicles by train, or any other means of transport.
Easy to print, no supports needed
Printing recommendations:
20% Infill 3D Honeycomb
3 Perimeters
PETG or other durable filament
Assembling instruction (see picture below):
Push the lever (orange) into the slot. When the lever movement stops, wiggle the lever left and right, continuing to apply moderate pressure to push it in until the sawtooth is through.
Attachment:
Place the narrower bar over the brake lever, gently apply the brake.
Place the wide bar over the handle, release the brake lever.
Press the tool together on both bars until the brake lever is depressed.
This should lock the corresponding wheel.
Attention:
The brake lever should be able to be pulled a little harder after it has been locked, but should not be locked in the innermost possible position of the brake lever.
Removal:
Pull the brake lever slightly and push the upper bracket upwards, the lock will release.
Remove the locking tool.
