Ergonomic Organizer for Fasteners (e.g. for CORE One Kit Build)

30-Slot Organizer for Fasteners – optimized for MK4 / CORE One / etc.

This is a compact, ergonomic organizer for 30 different fasteners — perfect for building a Prusa MK4, CORE One, etc.

Made it while building the Prusa CORE One for the video (see below) on my 247printing YouTube channel. The white fastener bags that come with Prusa kits really slowed me down — so this was my solution. 

It takes a relaxed 15min. to write the labels for CORE One cheat sheet and lable the organizer.

Design Highlights:

• Angled label areas for better visibility.
• Angled slot bases make it easy to grab small screws or nuts, even with medium-sized fingers like mine.
• Quick and efficient workflow during the build.
• Each slot holds a small but sufficient amount for a full CORE One build.

The layout is based on the CORE One cheat sheet, which lists 30 different fastener types. For CORE One, MK4 or XL, it should still cover most of what you need.

Printing
Fits MK4 or CORE One build plate.
Print it with your standard 0.20 mm (or whatever) profile.
No supports, no infill needed.

Labeling
Use stickers up to 33mm × 11 mm, or add the corresponding (colored) text directly in your slicer.
