Description
Set besteht aus Bodendüse, Schlauchverbinder (32mm) und dem Anschluss an die Ansaugdüse der Filterpumpe.
Als Saugrohr dient ein 32mm HT-Rohr aus dem Baumarkt!
Ich habe alles aus PLA gedruckt, da die Druckteile bei mir nicht dauerhaft im Wasser verbleiben oder starker Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt sind.
Der Anschluss lässt sich leicht auf die Ansaugdüse im Pool aufstecken. Es muss nichts demontiert oder geändert werden!
Sollte sich der Anschluss zu schwer auf die Düse aufstecken lassen (Produktionstoleranz, Drucker Kalibrierung), so kann man den Anschluss für 1 Minute bei 60°C in den Backofen stellen und anschliessend im warmen Zustand auf die zuvor ausgebaute Ansaugdüse aufstecken und auskühlen lassen.
Der Schlauchverbinder hat an beiden Seiten eine Nut für einen Dichtungsring. Bei mir ist die Verbindung aber auch ohne Dichtring dicht.
Der komplette Sauger wird in den Pool gelegt. Anschliessend hält man das Schlauchende unter Wasser an die Wassereinlaufdüse. Das so lange, bis der Sauger mit Wasser gefüllt ist und die komplette Luft entwischen ist. Ist das der Fall, führt man den Schlauch unter Wasser bis zur Ansaugdüse und steckt ihn auf dieser auf. Jetzt könnt ihr auch schon anfangen euren Pool zu reinigen!

I printed everything in PLA because my printed parts aren't permanently immersed in water or exposed to strong sunlight.
The connector easily attaches to the pool's intake nozzle. Nothing needs to be disassembled or modified!
If the connector is too difficult to attach to the nozzle (production tolerance, printer calibration), you can place the connector in the oven at 60°C for 1 minute and then attach it to the previously removed intake nozzle while it's still warm and let it cool down.
The hose connector has a groove on both sides for a sealing ring. However, the connection is tight even without a sealing ring.
Place the complete vacuum in the pool. Then, hold the end of the hose underwater against the water inlet nozzle. Continue doing this until the vacuum is filled with water and all the air has escaped. Once this is done, guide the hose underwater to the suction nozzle and attach it to it. Now you can start cleaning your pool!
