Trunki Latch Replacement, Print-in-Place - fits select variants

Update: 

The Flat_Face version is easier to print. The original version requires more supports.

Recommended print settings:

• Material:  PETG
• Layer Height: 0.15 mm or less
• Infill % : 50+
• Supports:Yes, Organic/Tree
• Print Orientation: Default as modeled

Postprocessing:

The rotating latch may need to be “broken loose” the first time. After printing, remove any support material, and place the latch in a vice. Using pliers or a screwdriver, rotate the latch. I added some graphite powder to lubricate the inside as well.

There appears to be several variations of the Trunki suitcase, each with a slightly different latch - not just different colors, but a different mechanical design.
