Baseball Hat Front Anti-Crush Support

Many times when you buy a new baseball cap, it comes with a thin cardboard support for the front to keep its shape. These three different shaped hat supports do the same. 

They are only .7mm thick, so they print pretty quickly. You can take it off the hot print bed right away and form it to the shape of a hat by putting it in right away. It also works to put it in later and use a hair dryer on high heat to form it.

They are helpful to keep the shape when the hat is drying. If you want to pack it for a trip and fold the back in (See picture), it will work for that too. I put them in all my hats when they are hanging on a hook when I'm not wearing them.

The one with more pointed ends (hat support.stl)  works well with trucker half mesh hats if you use a light gray or clear filament (See picture. I outlined the light gray end of the support).

The one with the more rounded ends (hat support v2.stl)  is also a little taller. Each section is about 1 cm taller.

hat support v3.stl has even taller sections than the second one.
