Print directions
- Certain parts (Player plates, headphone jack, effector plate) have recessed text for multi-color printing. Paint the text in your slicer to add
- All pieces can be printed in their ideal orientations without supports (ie. flat on the largest face)
- Supports are recommended for the headphone jack ports
- All items only need to be printed 1 each, except the Card Reader in which you'll want two

- 20x M3x4x4.2 heat set inserts (product link)
- 4 per card reader = 8
- 3 for effector plate
- 9 for subscreen mount
- 20x M3x10 countersunk screws (product link)
- 4 per card reader = 8
- 3 for effector plate
- 9 for subscreen mount
- 1x M3x 20 countersunk screw (can skip if you don't want to hunt one down)
- 12x M4x30 countersunk screws
- 4 per card reader = 8
- 4 per player plate = 8
- 4 for effector plate
- 2x M4x20 screws (button)
- 2x 4 Pole solder 3.5mm audio jack (product link)
- 3-strand wire for audio jacks (16-18awg recommended)
- Optional:
- 180 degree HDMI adapter (product link - A8K-15)
- 180 degree USB C adapter (product link)
- Printed stickers of the card scan decal
Installation instructions
Part 1: Remove parts from the cabinet
- Remove Player Start, VEFX, EFFECT buttons from Effector Panel
- Remove acrylic instruction panel and coin panel from deck
- Attach printed Player Start panels to deck and trace where the buttons need to go, then remove the panels
- Drill holes into the deck that can fit the button and its switch+LED housing
Part 2: Player Start Plates
- Attach buttons to the Player Start Plate
- Attach Player Start Plate using the M4 screws into the deck
Part 3: Effect Plate
- Apply heat inserts into Headphone jack print (3 on bottom)
- Attach audio jacks to the Headphone jack panel and solder wires to the pins (you can ignore the MIC header)
- Screw the Headphone jack panel to the Effector plate using M3 screws
- Run cable in through the old coin opening to the Xonar
- Attach Effector Plate using M4 screws
Part 4: Card readers
- Mount Blue readers into Card readers using screws from original housing
- Apply heat inserts into Base (3 on bottom, 1 on side)
- Run wires through the now-opened Player Start holes, first through the Mount, then the Effector panel, into through Base, then into the Reader PCB
- Close up the Reader housing using the M4 screws, then mount the Readers with the M3 screws to the Mount
Part 5: Subscreen
- Apply heat inserts in Subscreen Mount and Brace (4 on Mount, 3 on Brace)
- Assemble Mount, Braces, and Connector using M3 screws
- Attach assembly to 15.6" Subscreen using M4x20 screws
- Run the HDMI and USB-C cable through the Effector panel and cutout in the Back Plate through to the front
- Attach Subscreen + assembly to Effector panel using the Back Plate and 4 M3 screws and plug in the cables (+ 180 degree adapters if you have them)
