Description
I made this model to prevent leaves from flushing from the roof of my garage into our water tank in the garden when it rains.
It consists of two parts.
One insert that i have put into the opening of the roof and the second works as an additional cover.
I intentionally gave them different ports.
Bigger gaps or slots for the insert and smaller holes for the cover.
I printed them on my Bambu Lab P1S with the following settings:
Material: ASA from Anycubic in White
Nozzle-Temp: 270°C
Bed-Temp: 100°C
Support: No
Nozzle: 0,4mm
Layer Height: 0,2mm
Infill: 15%
Print Speed: 200mm/s
Outer Wall Speed: 150mm/s
Initial Layer Speed: 50mm/s
Fan Speed: 30%
You can print them with any other filament like PLA, PETG, …
But i recommand to use some material that is UV resistent for longterm usage in the sun.
