Made holder for pool "bottom-cleaning net" using my semi-finished top rim holder.
BOM:
- 1x every model listed here
- 1x plastic insulation tube 25mm (https://www.obi.cz/pvc-trubky/izolacni-trubka-tuha-en-25/p/4661948)
- M4x25 screw with round head, M4 nut
Print everything using at least PETG oriented as is, no supports needed. Big parts with 3 perimeters, 15% honeycomb infill. For pins I used “10” perimeters (100% infill) for strength.
Workflow:
- print parts, carefully stick sharp blade into part “Drzak limec” - see image - to separate two pieces printed as one
- insert 25mm tube inside “Drzak sitky” and use 4mm drill to go through inserted tube
- insert “Kolik 4x44mm” to secure the tube
- go to pool, measure needed length of the 25mm tube so the tube goes through of the “Drzak limec” fully (I recommend leave approx 10mm space between pool side and net), cut the tube
- use 6mm drill to go through 6mm hole in “Drzak limec” and drill top wall of the 25mm tube
- insert “Kolik 6mm” to secure the 25mm tube to “Drzak limec”
- use 4mm drill and go through the joint hole on part “Drzak limec”
- insert “Kolik 4x34mm” to secure the joint of “Drzak limec”
- fix holder to top rim of the pool, insert M4 nut and secure holder using M4 screw
- insert net
On the photo, there is a prototype which is slightly different (no top pin for fast release, etc)
