Unlike standard holders designed only for face-up or horizontal installation, this design uses a tool-style locking mechanism that engages with the battery tabs—the same way your tool does—to hold your battery firmly in place, even when stored upside down or on bumpy roads.

Durable Build: Optimized for ABS or PETG printing, ensuring resistance to heat, vibration, and impact. PLA+ can be used for indoor wall mounting but is not recommended for hot vehicle interiors.

Recommended Print Settings (Creality K1 SE or Similar)

Material: ABS (preferred) or PETG for vibration resistance; PLA+ only for stationary indoor use

Nozzle Temp: 250–260°C (ABS), 235–245°C (PETG)

Bed Temp: 100°C (ABS), 80°C (PETG)

Chamber: Enclosed recommended for ABS to prevent warping

Layer Height: 0.2 mm (0.28 mm possible for faster printing)

Wall Count: 3 (for strength)

Infill: 40–60% (grid or gyroid recommended)

Supports: None required (model is designed to print support-free)

Cooling Fan: Off for ABS, 30–40% for PETG

Print Speed: 200 mm/s (default high-speed ABS profile for Creality K1 SE)

Installation Notes

Mount with #8 or M4 screws (hardware not included).

For best results in vehicles, ensure mounting surface is rigid and secure.

To insert or remove a battery, simply engage the release tab—just like when removing it from your tool.
