Filament Cleaner for Bambu Lab AMS

Filament Cleaner for Bambu Lab AMS to simply clip on the AMS cartrigde.

Suitable for AMS V2 with yellow parts, V3 has orange ones.

Sponge

The cleaner was designed to use this sponges:

Sponge diameter 16 mm, length 30 mm - cut it into two parts

Printing

PLA or PETG, Nozzle 0.4 mm, Layer height 0.2 mm, 2 Wall loops, 3 top and bottom layers, outer brim, no need for infill. No support.

Mounting

Cut the delivered sponge (30 mm) in two halvs and place them in the filament cleaner. Clip the cleaner onto the cartridge (not really “clip”), and run the filament through the sponge and the housing. Push the filament through into the AMS cartrigde.
