Description
Summary:
This is a simple, functional mount I designed to hold my JADENS Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer and a spool of MUNBYN Thermal Direct Shipping Labels on a MultiBoard setup above my desk. It keeps my shipping setup compact, organized, and within easy reach.
Details:
The design includes both the printer tray and a label spool holder, sized specifically for the models mentioned above.
I originally designed this for personal use and hadn’t planned on sharing it, but after getting a few requests, here it is!
It’s not the most refined design, but it works great in my setup.
The printer is connected via Bluetooth, so I haven’t tested the rear USB cable fitment while it’s mounted. (Feel free to remix if that’s important to your setup.)
The whole assembly attaches to the MultiBoard using moderate-duty snap connectors. If you're printing this and want something more heavy-duty, you could try using a threaded connection or a heavier snap system. You'll just have to remove the existing snaps from the design.
Note:
The files provided fit my exact use case. If you're using a different printer model or label size, you'll likely need to remix the design to fit your own hardware.
Print Settings:
I printed both with these settings:
- Supports
- Supports from Bed Only
- Organic
- Supports for 90 degrees for thermal printer snaps only, and supports on the bottom overhang on the label holder only
- Wall Loops 3
- Default Infill / Rest all Defaults
- Recommended PETG or MattePLA
