Bicycle Frame Hole Plug - Salsa Timberjack

My bicycle frame has plugged openings for future cables, and I found that one of them had fallen out. So I tried modeling a plug and printing in Filamentum Flexfill TPU 98A, and it actually worked! The walls of the plug are two perimeters thick, which is flexible enough to push into the hole but still holds together and can be taken out.

I included the FreeCAD 1.1 dev file if anyone wants to try editing it. The model is pretty simple, and the length and width of the slot can be changed in the VarSet.

The prints are of course not as smooth as the originals, but its not noticeable on the bike.
