Cat Pet Door Replacement

This is a replacement flap for the 6-1/4 in. x 5-1/2 in. 4-Way Locking with Tunnel Cat Pet Door made by PetSafe (or possibly some other random company clone…)

The original clear one with the magnetic strip broke and I couldn't find a replacement, nor did I want to buy a whole new door.

This works great without the magnets. I suppose you could redesign it to add a strip for magnets if you want, but mine has been working solid for over a year now with very minimal air intrusion.
