Jar Lid for Glasware

Hi,

This model is a custom lid featuring a mesh clamp that ensures optimal airflow while providing a protective barrier against insects and dust. The breathable design helps maintain freshness by minimizing condensation buildup inside the jar.

My glass jar has an opening of approximately 108 mm. If your jar differs in size, scaling both rings in your slicer software should allow for a proper fit.

Inner diameter: 109.7 mm (103.5 mm on clip part)

My print settings:

• 0.4 mm nozzle @ 0.25 mm layer height

• Material: matte PLA, Elegoo

• 3 perimeters

• 10% gyroid infill

• Supports: no

• Brim: no

• Print time: 45 min 

• Filament used: ~27 g

I printed a few more in different sizes (just another scaling factor in the slicer) for my kombucha glasware. Works well with a paper towler as filter.
