Revo CR Duct Remix for Ender 3 V2 Neo – Dual 4010 Axial Fan Compatible

This remix is a modified version of the "NEO THANG COOLER SHORTER NECK WIDE MOUTH" duct, adapted for use with the E3D Revo CR hotend on the Ender 3 V2 Neo.

The stock cooler was too long for the shorter nozzle position of the Revo CR, causing the duct to extend below the nozzle and make it impossible to print with.

I shortened the duct channels and re-angled the part cooling outlets to properly aim at the new nozzle position. This remix works with dual 4010 axial fans.

My test print completed an overhang test up to 80° without print failure, showing excellent part cooling performance with this setup.

Printed in PETG with 0.2 mm layer height and 10% infill

When printing this, do mind there are no supports creeping into the ducts, you'll have a VERY hard time removing those. I suggest you look what the auto-support does, then switch to manual support and paint it on where its needed. Skipping the supports that would go into the ducts.
