All of these straps are optimized for 95a shore hardness TPU
The simplest explanation of the print settings is that FOR THE CENTER SECTION ONLY you need to set the top and bottom layer count to 0, set the wall count to 1, and the infill pattern to the desired mesh. Below are some pictures of these settings in various slicers.
