A4T "big block" mod for big-motored 4010 blowers for Bambu Lab hotend

I had loads of above Aliexpress-average quality Creality's original 4010 blower fans that I decided to fit to A4T toolhead, however it was designed for smaller hubbed versions.

I decided to give it a go and just delete some of the toolhead away to give the fans more attention and look once the toolhead is built. Once everything is bolted down with hardware and fully assembled, the rigidity loss is either super low or none.

Rest is unchanged and as the original designed was intended.

If the body is slightly warped/bent, screw in the bottom long bolts first and the force squish the toolhead without damaging the rest of the printer and get top two bolts in. Once tightened, it will set properly with some print hours in hotter chamber depending what you printed it out of.

UPDATE 23.10.2025 - Thickened the hotend mounting area as I had issues with hotend coming loose even when fully tightened. Ended up having cracks in there with the original design.
