Corsair TITAN 360 AIO Capswap – Shield and Blade Cap

This is my entry for the Corsair Challenge — a custom pump cap for the TITAN AIO, inspired by futuristic weapon cores and RGB-lit tech aesthetics. The design turns the cooler into a statement piece on your desk, combining bold geometry with glowing elements.

Construction:

The cap consists of three parts:

• Main disc – a circular shield with a ring designed to glow using the RGB lighting from the base cooler.
• Blade – fits into the front of the disc via a friction fit.
• Rear part – clips to the pump base; should be glued to the disc (e.g., with cyanoacrylate glue).

Lighting Effect:

To make the ring glow, change the filament at 4,6 mm and 5,8 mm layer heights. Between those, use a light-transmitting filament — such as translucent, milky, or pearl materials.

I used Fiberlogy Pearl PLA Silk, which worked great for this effect.
Additionally, the first 6 mm of the rear part should also be printed in the same light-transmitting material to let the RGB light pass through.

Printing Notes:

• Material: PLA is fine if the pump doesn’t exceed 60°C. If it does, use PET-G or a higher-temp filament.
• Supports: Use automatic supports for the disc.
• Layer height: 0.2 mm recommended.
• Brim: for the blade.
• Infill: 15% gyroid.
• Outlines: 3
