Description
The air assist is great for clearing chips and cooling the tool and workpiece. But, having the nozzle out to the side means it is ineffective in deeper pockets and when the workpiece blocks the nozzle.
This design slips over the existing nozzle and gives you 4 micro jets, on all 4 sides of the tool, shooting at a much steeper angle.
Superglue in two 5/16" diam x 1/8" tall neodymium magnets, and install an o-ring approximately D=6mm d=1.55mm
