Ryobi Carpet Vacuum Beater Bar Replacement Part

Seized carpet beater bar on your one+ ryobi stick vacuum? This is the part you need. Grab a 5mm inner bore, 16mm outer diameter bearing that is 5mm thick.

Use some implement of destruction to separate the green thing from the gray thing, I recommend a hammer and pry bar, they'll be fused together good.

Recover the bearing shaft, replace the bearing with your new one, then sand the brush bar flat, stick the shaft back in with some epoxy and press fit everything back together. The bearing is not on there particularly tightly, I was able to separate it from the shaft with a nail punch.
