Description
This is a redesigned bowden bend for the Core One. It features an open back, a 1.5cm radius, and lever/cap which allows you to depress the pneumatic button.
The bowden bend is the same for all fittings, but I have two versions of the lever/cap: one for the original fitting, and one for the Tailonz fitting I like to use. If you use the Tailonz or a wider fitting, you will need to print my modified loveboard cover so the cover doesn't snap when you tighten the fitting.
You will see in my videos that I also have wide and standard bowden tubes in my setup. These can be found here:
Printing
Lever:
Prusament PC
0.2 structural profile with 100% infill. Upside down, no supports
Bowden bend:
Prusament PETG.
0.1 structural profile with 100% infill. Support on enforcers only, paint support in the bottom column. No support is needed elsewhere.
Let me know if you have any issues and I will be happy to address them!
Note, because I have a non-standard top, I didn't notice that the bowden bend crashes into the bottom of the vent screws. To fix this, I simply turned the screws upside down (turn the plastic washers upside down as well). See pictures.
