Desktop Regal

Ich habe einen kleines Desktop Regal konstruiert für meinen Divoom Times Gate. Links und rechts je 2 Schubladen für kleine Dinge und darunter noch etwas Platz für z.B. Post-It Notes oder andere Flache Gegenstände.

Die Brücke kann man entweder in 2 Teilen drucken oder als ganzes wer einen größeren Drucker hat. 😉Ich habe sie in 2 Teilen mit einer 0.4er Düse gedruckt.

Das OM Zeichen in der Mitte sollte mit einer 0.25er Düse gedruckt werden. Es doch sehr filigran. Ich habe dieses Teil länglich konstruiert weil es noch als Stabilisierung für die Brücke dient.

Alle Teile haben Verbinder zum zusammenstecken. Sollten aber geklebt werden.

Meine Druckeinstellung:

1. Türme - 0,4 Düse, mit Supports, 3 Wände, 10% Infill, Prusa PLA Marble Grey
2. Schublade - 0,4 Düse, ohne Supports, 3 Wände, Extrudr High Speed Neon Green + Orange
3. Brücke - 0,4 Düse, mit Supports, 3 Wände, 15% Infill, Prusa PLA Galaxy Black + Extrudr PLA NX2 Neon Yellow
4. OM Zeichen - 0,25 Düse, ohne Supports, 2 Wände, 10 Infill, Extrudr Biofusion Arctic White

I designed a small desktop shelf for my Divoom Times Gate. There are two drawers on each side for small items, and a bit of space underneath for things like Post-It notes or other flat objects.

The bridge can be printed either in two parts or as a single piece if you have a larger printer. 😉 I printed it in two parts using a 0.4 mm nozzle.

The OM symbol in the center should be printed with a 0.25 mm nozzle, as it is quite delicate. I designed this part to be elongated so it also serves as a stabilizer for the bridge.

All parts have connectors for easy assembly, but they should be glued for extra strength.

My print settings:

1. Towers – 0.4 mm nozzle, with supports, 3 perimeters, 10% infill, Prusa PLA Marble Grey
2.  Drawers – 0.4 mm nozzle, without supports, 3 perimeters, Extrudr High Speed Neon Green + Orange
3.  Bridge – 0.4 mm nozzle, with supports, 3 perimeters, 15% infill, Prusa PLA Galaxy Black + Extrudr PLA NX2 Neon Yellow
4. OM Symbol – 0.25 mm nozzle, without supports, 2 perimeters, 10% infill, Extrudr Biofusion Arctic White
