Description
This was made with 2 main ideas: use filament scraps and organize all MCUs at a college electronics laboratory using the minimum amount of filament and space.
This trays can be stacked easily. For now, I have designed spacers for both Arduino UNO and ESP32-S3 DevKit, but I'm planning to design spacers for more MCUs in the future.
The little “cutouts” are for an adapter that contain some 3x1mm magnets to help the trays stick between them so the stack don't fall apart (but turns out it wasn't necessary). Still, I will finish the adapter in the future.
Minimum recommended settings for PLA:
For trays itself, use standard configuration for 0.2mm layers with the following changes:
For the spacers, I recommend 0.2mm layers with default settings.
Due to the size of the trays, sadly the cannot be printed on any printer with 220x220 bed (like all ender 3s). Fully compatible with prusa MK2, MK3, MK4, CoreOne and XL printers, as well as all Bambulab printers (except A1 mini). Tray outer size is 177x246mm. Inner space is 167x236mm with 4mm chamfer.
