Description

Scaled to 1" (~25mm) per 5ft, these articulating rulers meant for the DnD and Pathfinder systems are perfect if you're trying to measure around irregular corners or you don't have a grid to play on.  They fold up rather small for easy transport.

Included are a 20ft ruler, 30ft ruler, 40ft ruler, and 50ft ruler. There is also a 30ft “Movement” ruler, meant for you to place between your Miniature and where you want them to go, so you can directly put them at the end of the ruler. Logically, if you were to try that with the original 30ft Ruler, you'd wind up placing your mini at the 35ft point.

In order to accommodate smaller build plates, I included the 40ft and 50ft rulers as folded in half. You will need to take a bit of extra care in breaking them free, but it shouldn't be an issue if you're not using a PLA-Silk.

An AMS is not required, only a single filament change. I thought about doing an inset-version, but I didn't see much of a point. If people request it, I might add a separate version with the numbers inset.

You will need to make sure flow, pressure-advance/linear advance/flow dynamics, extrusion rate, and temperature are well calibrated because the tolerances are a little tight, and even then you will need to “break” the joints free with just a small amount of force.

Recommended Settings:
Filament: Any, except for PLA Silk for the body pieces.
Supports: Off
Walls: 2-3
Infill: 15% Gyroid
Most other settings will more depend on your printer. If you aren't certain, try printing the first few layers here slowly, because it does have a smaller footprint.
Filament Change: Layer 27, if using a 0.2mm layer height.
