Description
I have some of the organized living shelving in closets at my home. The pole clips that hold the shelves up on the vertical metal poles. After some years they start to break off and no longer provide the proper support. Looking them up they are beteen $2 (US) and $2.50 each. No thanks.
For that 2 dollars i can print about 15 of them in PETG.
On the top here is a stock replacement clip, the center one is a failed clip. the bottom one is a printed version. I did not continue the hook up through the sweep as it seems the additional leverage there contributed to the breaking point. I did add a small lump on the inside of the curve to lock the bar in so it doesnt fall from the shelf while you are screwing things together. It seems like that was the intent of the sweep coming over the top of the bar on the original design.
These are direct replacements. They take the same screws as the originals.
