ER20T Tap Collet Rack Organizer

Sorting and storage tray to hold 2 of each ER20 tapping collet sizes. Covers all sizes in inch and metric.

I printed this face down with Black PETG and White PETG for the markings.

Dimensions are X=8.125", Y=8.125", Z=.785" (206.3mm x 206.3mm x 19.94mm) not including the cover.

Holes have 8° Taper to seat collets securely

Provided CAD, SW2024, STEP, STL, 3MF

NOTE: 3MF, STEP, and SolidWorks files have separate bodies for each letter/number, making it easy to color in slicer.

Provided Print File for Prusa XL:
Material I used with print files: Prusament Jet Black PETG, Overture White PETG
Uses 0.4mm nozzles.
Sliced with 0.006mm G-Code Resolution for better marking definition. 
Uses "0.20mm QUALITY" standard profile, not Input Shaper.
4 perimeters, 5 top and 4 bottom layers, 20% Grid infill, no supports.
