3D Printed Monitor Stand (Modular and Interlocking Design) for ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS Overview: This is a modular and interlocking monitor stand designed specifically for the ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS monitor. It is intended to help organize your desk and elevate the monitor to a more ergonomic viewing height. The stand consists of four large main pieces and four smaller interlocking keys that connect them. The keys are designed to be inserted from the top, and when the monitor is placed on the stand, they lock the main pieces together, preventing them from separating.

Design Versions and Improvements:

V1: The initial test print for my own ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS monitor revealed a 1.5 cm gap at the back, preventing a snug fit with the monitor's base.

V2 (Recommended Version): This version has been optimized in Solidworks to eliminate the 1.5 cm gap. V2 is the recommended version for a cleaner, more secure, and aesthetically pleasing fit.

Important Note: While V2 has not been physically test printed, its dimensions were corrected based on the V1 print, making it a better starting point for anyone who wants to try it.

Printing Recommendations:

Material: ABS filament is highly recommended due to its durability and strength.

Infill: 20%

Infill Pattern: 3D honeycomb

Wall Loops: 3

Build Plate Adhesion: For ABS, using an outer brim is recommended to improve bed adhesion and prevent warping.

Assembly: Print all 8 pieces (4 large main parts and 4 small key parts). The locking keys are designed to slide into the slots on the top of the main pieces, securing the entire structure.
