Ikea MITTLED mounting frame

This is a mounting frame for the Ikea MITTLED spotlights. It hooks around the shelf and holds the mounting plate for the light in place at the same depth every time. 

Compatible Ikea article numbers: 405.286.60, 105.286.28, 005.286.62

Required hardware: 

PLA and of course your Mittled lights! 

Current variations: 

Currently there are three versions: 

• 25 mm depth
• 50 mm depth
• 75 mm depth

All depths are measured from the edge of the shelf that you mount these to. The V2 version can pulled back after screwing in the mounting plate. 

I made this quickly in Tinkercad, and as such there is sadly no step file or similar. 

Printing instructions: 

Print as placed with organic supports and it should be a quick and painless print. 

Print with whatever filament. This will never be subjected to very hard use, however you want it to be stiff enough to hold the mounting plate up while you mark for drilling. 

Note: 

In the pictures the peg that holds the mounting plate straight is upside down and misplaced. This is corrected in the uploaded model.
