EC5 Knockoff Connector Housing – Female Side

This is a custom-designed connector to solve a compatibility issue with certain power banks that use a knockoff version of the EC5 connector. These connectors utilize standard EC5 pins, but the outer plastic housing differs from the original EC5 design.

This file is for the female side only of the connector. You have two options for pins:

Salvage EC5 pins from an existing connector

Use a ready-to-assemble EC5 kit and insert the pins into this housing

Print recommendations:

Material: PLA works, but something more heat-resistant (like PETG or ABS) is recommended for durability and thermal safety

Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Nozzle: 0.4 mm
