Chat64 Cartridge (THT Version) for Commodore 64 (C64)

This is a custom model for the THT version (https://www.chat64.nl/downloads.php) of the Chat64 cartridge. The original model fit a bit tight in my breadbin so I created this and added a few QOL enhancements:

1. The “top” takes an M3xD5 threaded insert to be used with a 16mm M3 countersunk machine screw. This preserves the top face.
2. Added a label cutout and “grip” detailing

These are a bit tricky to print in FDM so I would suggest the following:

• Print both sides face UP
• I used normal supports set to “snug” 
• Top & Bottom Z distance = 0
• Top & Bottom interface layers = 3
• Support/object xy distance = 0.5
• Support/object first layer = 0.2
• PLA for the material, PETG for the support interface material
• I printed the button in clear PC

I also enabled ironing at 60mm/sec, 30% flow, 0.2 inset with a 0.4mm nozzle
