Bandsaw Table Inserts for Scheppach Basa 3, Basato 3, Basato 4 & Basato 5-2

I've uploaded Version 3 of the zero clearance & 6mm Chamfered Slot inserts, which are stronger again than version 2, with more reinforcing ribs. I now print these in ASA, which seems more resilient than PETG or PLA and I've incorporated a recycle symbol for ASA on the underside.

I've uploaded a stronger version of the zero clearance insert that has more support underneath at either side of the slot. I've also included exports from OnShape as STEP files at the request of EdgyRest. For anyone interested in making modifications, the original drawing for the zero clearance insert is here

These are replacement table inserts for the Scheppach Basa 3 bandsaw (& Basato 3, Basato 4 & Basato 5-2), and a caddy that's magnetically attachable to the bandsaw, to store your spare inserts.

There are two versions: the standard clearance of the original insert that allows for angulation of the table; and one with near zero clearance to be used with the table flat (horizontal). The photos showing the black insert are the original Scheppach insert for comparison (It's a little worse for wear). The original was always slightly low in its recess, leaving a slight ridge to catch the timber. The replacements are slightly taller than the original to correct this.

The caddy needs four small, neodymium magnet disks, 8mm x 0.85mm, fixed into recesses on the back with epoxy adhesive. It holds 3 inserts.
