BikeBox including Fusion files

I designed this bike box more than year ago, because I wanted a practical way to transport a chain bike lock. I used it for about 14 months now and it holds very well.

I made it from Prusament PETG, it seems to withstand the sun and weather without problems. I carry a bike lock in it, that has a weight of about 4 kg.

You will also need threaded inserts and screws.

I include the fusion files, so that you can adapt it to your luggage rack.

The blue inserts are made from TPU and also the fasteners on the bottom. Please be aware of that. The TPU is flexible and buffers shocks. It may also work without, but I never tried.

Please be aware that this is not a commercial product with warranty and that I do not have testing laboratories. Use it at you own risk without any warranty from me. It may fail and cause injuries or even death. It may also highliy depend on your printer, print settings or chosen filament if it is save to use.
