8/30/25 UPDATE: I had to edit the wheel side bushing to add 10mm length, if you downloaded before this date please redownload. Sorry for the error.

These are bushings for the front lower control arm for the 92-95 Honda civic and 92-97 Del Sol. These are for TPU only as they need to be flexible.

INSTALLATION:

To use them you need to remove the rubber from your old control arms and keep the inner metal tubes that the bolts went through that were inside the rubber so you can reuse them in these bushings. (FYI, the most common methods to remove the old rubber is either burn them out with a torch, or you can either press them out or cut them out with a hole saw, then finish cleaning them up with a wire wheel on a Dremel/drill and finish cleaning off the rubber from the metal sleeves with wire wheel on a bench grinder if you have one).

Also, in the holes where the rubber was on your old control arms is a very thin metal sleeve on the *outside* of the rubber that will be left in place in the control arm after you remove the rubber, this is ok and you do not have to remove these, I modeled the bushings to fit inside them because they were pressed in from the factory and are very hard to remove, just clean them up so they are smooth and have no rubber residue left on them.

Remember to grease bolt sleeves/tubes before inserting into bushings*

PRINT SETTINGS:

TPU ONLY, hard filament won't work or be safe

.24 layer height for good layer adhesion

7 Wall loops so the inner bushing is solid

30% infill

Print very slow, like 30mms this also helps layer adhesion

No support required
