Description
3d printed Christmas tree with ws2812 LED strip inside
Arduino NANO is used as a controller
For the tree use any transparent filament.
You can also experiment with white opaque filament.
For the base use any filament you like.
0.2-0.25 mm layer height, 100% infill for the tree and 25-30% infill for the base, no supports.
Apply a few drops of super glue in order to fix back lid of the tree.
If needed, use hot glue to fix the tree on the base.
Use 470-1000 mF capacitor on VIN and GND pins of the Arduino, as well as 500 Ohm to 1 kOhm resistor on a digital pin.
I used DemoReel100 sketch from the FastLed Arduino library, but you can experiment with any sketches you like.
Happy printing and happy holidays!
