Butterfly and Flower Valve Caps

These are decorative bicycle valve caps designed especially for children's bikes. They fit Schrader valves – the most common type used in bicycles and cars – and replace the original valve cap.

🌸 Flower Cap

• Printed in one piece.
• Orient vertically and add supports for the flower section.
• For single-color printers, set layer-based color changes. On multi-color printers, assign colors directly.

🦋 Butterfly Cap

• Consists of 3 parts:
  1. Valve cap body with a slot for inserts
  2. Two identical butterfly insert pieces
• Print the cap with the opening facing down.
• Print inserts flat side down. Apply color changes to suit your preference.
• For best visual effect, print the valve cap and the butterfly insert’s bottom layers in the same color so the butterfly stands out more.
• Print two inserts at once, then place them back-to-back and press both into the slot in the valve cap body.

🔲 Blank Cap

• A plain version with a tab fitting the valve cap and a round plate, ready for your own custom design.
• Provided as a STEP file for editing in CAD software such as Fusion 360.

Material recommendations: PETG, PLA, or most other standard filaments. For the butterfly design, silk PLA can give a nice finish.
