TPU Bellows Test for Multi Tool Printers

Inspired by "Functional Print Friday" and his video on “3D Printed TPU Bellows with PLA Interface Layers - Prints Flat!,” I created this design using CAD to experiment with multi-tool printing.

The model features a combination of TPU for the main bellows body and PLA for the interface layers, and it printed flawlessly on my setup. I've included all the relevant print settings in the photos to help guide you through the process. Simply refer to the screenshots for details. The Prusa slicer worked seamlessly to generate perfect support without requiring any complex tweaks.

Although originally intended as a test piece, it worked so well that it has become a fun desk toy!

I'm still learning how to slice advanced models like this one, so I’m unable to answer highly technical slicing questions. However, if you have any suggestions for improvements, especially in Prusa Slicer, feel free to share. I’d love to learn more. Enjoy!
