For better positioning of the hardware pcb, use the nylon nuts to adjust the height a bit. Other than that, what helped me: wind some tape around the big wire on the position, where the case will be closed and have the pass-through. This will center the wire a bit more, that should leads to a better positioning of the pcb in the top case.
Print in PETG since it can withstand a higher temperature - if it gets warm (thats why alot venting holes + fan is in there) 0.2mm height with a 0.4mm nozzle and no supports.
I've measured my wire ends where the copper pins are crimped on, then designed a fixture to get the aligned next to each other. So you can use it with one hand instead of two. 2pcs of M4x12mm DIN912/ISO4762 are used.
