Oil Filler Funnel for Volvo (XC60 II D4 & other models)

This is a lightweight filler funnel to assist with oil filling and topping up for a Volvo XC60 D4. It fits the oil filler opening nicely and incorporates air channels to allow air to escape as oil flows into the engine. This probably also fits all 2017 onwards Volvo diesel engines and maybe the petrol too (although I have no way to verify!) .

The funnel nozzle is 34mm outside diameter and 24mm high.

Print wide end down.

The funnel walls are 2.2mm thick, so I printed with 4 perimeters (@0.55mm from my 0.5mm nozzle) and 4 layers top and bottom. I added a 6mm skirt to be sure that the print remained attached to the build plate.
