Description

This is a remix of the 16T Tensioner puck for vekoj's Revised X-Axis for Prusa I3.

This remix allows the use of the slightly larger (10x15mm 3mm bore) 6mm Gates belt 16T idlers by LDO. They are more robust than the tiny little idlers the original design uses (see side by side pic).

I sourced the Idler and the dowel pin from Printed Solid: https://www.printedsolid.com/collections/prusa/products/ldo-2gt-16t-idler-with-3mm-bore

Print with at least 3 perimeters since the walls are thinner.

Also, I made the nut traps smaller. I have had several of these strip and become almost impossible to remove. Use a heat gun to heat up the nylock nut and then use pliers to push into place. You'll get a +/- 0.01 tolerance this way.
