Modular for ideal strength and easy prints, even on the most basic printers
Free hanging headphones, bar doesn't touch the ear pads (at least for this B&O model)
Tray for accessories and other stuff
Options & ideas for the inlay
Print it with the same filament as the tray but turn it upside down to get an extra-smooth top layer for the tray
Print it in a contrasting colour or the same colour as the bar (turn it upside down for smoothness)
Print it on a structured PEI plate for fancy pattern (yep, again upside down)
Print it with the last meters of any filament and use it as a stencil for a felt-inlay (this is what I did)
Print it with the last meters of any filament and use it as a stencil for any other material
My print settings
Orca Slicer, printed on Sovol SV06
0.6 mm nozzle, 0.3 mm layer height (model is optimized for 0.3 mm layers, if you have a smaller nozzle or want finer layers, chose 0.15 mm layer height)
The bar can be printed flat on a 220 x 220 mm bed (auto-orient and auto-arrange or manually lay on side and rotate)
2 wall loops, alternate extra wall, 30% cubic infill, 4 bottom and 4 top layers for the bar
3 wall loops, alternate extra wall, 30% cubic infill, 4 bottom and 5 top layers for the tray (it doesn't need that much infill and wall loops but I wanted it to weigh a little bit more (it's 160 g now)
