This is a tool tray for the feedback sports bike stand.
- It is 100% printable, no need for threaded inserts
- It holds at least 1,5kg (With Prusament PETG and the print settings I used)
- I tested that with a 1.5L Water bottle. I don't know how much weight my tools bring on the plate, but I used it several times and it works well.
- I glued TPU parts (included) on the clamping surface.
- I used superglue and ColorFabb Varioshore TPU. This makes a very good surface, slightly foamed for great friction and soft enough to avoid scratches
- It may work well without the TPU parts, but you have to adjust the diameter then, I guess
- Maybe you can also use some other thin foam you have laying around
- For those who want to make adaptions for different bike stands or other changes, the Fusion files are included
- Please look carefully at the print settings in the 3mf files. For the print in place hinge I made cube to have 100% infill there.
- Also I used a 0.6 nozzle, so do not forget to adept the settings to 0.4 if needed.
- The threads and the holes do not need support, as they are designed with a little trick
- I made mine on a prusa MK4s, so any printer with similar capabilities should be able to print the in place hinge.
