Ryobi Charger Cable Organizer – Keep your workspace tidy
Tired of tangled cables around your Ryobi charger? This custom 3D-printed cable organizer keeps your charging area clean and efficient. Designed for quick installation and long-lasting durability, it’s perfect for workshops, garages, or any DIY space.
Fits to Ryobi charger model RC18120 with Europlug.
Keeps the charging cable neatly secured and out of the way
Easy to install – only 2 screws required
Sturdy, functional, and workshop-ready design
Material: PLA recommended for simplicity and accessibility – works great and is the most popular filament for home printing. PETG or ABS can be used for higher durability or heat resistance.
Nozzle size: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm (or adjust to your preference)
Perimeters (walls): 3 recomended but works fine with standard 2 walls
Infill: 15–20%
Supports: Only under the clips, set support only on table and set overhang threshold to 30 percent.
Printer used for testing: Prusa Core One
You will need two screws to mount the organizer.
In the example build, Bossard screws were used:
BN2041 3.5×8 mm (1 piece)
BN2041 3.5×16 mm (1 piece)
Simply align the organizer with your charger’s mounting holes and secure it in place.
Model was designed, printed, and tested for real-world use.
PLA is easy to print and fully sufficient for this part, but you can experiment with other filaments.
PETG or ABS may be better for hot environments (e.g., sunny workshops).
Feel free to remix and adapt to your own workshop needs.
