My first multicolored design (other than by layer height.   Prints flat face down.   Back is white.   I used the Prusa smooth sheet.    Using a very sticky sheet might cause the sheet to pull letters off.   

Standard profiles 15% infill should work fine.   Prints rather thin as that is all that is necessary.
