Description
This is a simple remix of BoxedBrain's ADXL345 mount, originally intended to be reusable by clipping it to the bed. I didn't get good results with the reusable bed mount as-designed, since I have to either sticky tape this to the bed or reprint when I want to test acceleration I had a motivation to reduce the total mass of the mount to be less wasteful. At recommended print settings this should only use 0.8g of filament.
Recommended print settings:
Nozzle size: 0.4mm
Filament: anything, I used PLA
Perimeters: 2
Top and bottom layers: 2
Infill: 0%
The motivation for this is that the only part that requires structural support are the screwholes, which end up having 4 perimeters anyway due to their size. The rest of the print is so small that it's incredibly strong even at 2 perimeters and top/bottom shells. You can probably go lower but this yields 0.80 grams, further optimization felt pointless.
