Description
Marking what kind of plastic you use is a useful idea to let whoever has to deal with your trash in the future deal with it responsibly. You can embed these SVGs into a design in the slicer easily, as a negative volume.
I chose to use a plain triangle instead of a “recycling symbol" as not all plastics are easily recycled, and i don't want to give anyone false hope. The numbers chosen are based off GB 16288, as it is the most in-depth standard for these sorts of things. Since GB 16288 does not specify a shape for presentation, I chose the shape used in ASTM D7611.
The individual SVGs are included for how you will probably use them, and the base Inkscape file is included if you want to edit things. The materials I covered are the ones that Prusament sells and a few others that I think are kinda relevant. If there's a filament you commonly use I didn't include, feel free to leave a comment asking for it.
