Burgerpresse XXL mit 200 / 250 / 300 Gramm-Markierung.
Ich habe das spezifische Gewicht von Hackfleisch gegoogelt und den Durchmesser und die Dicke für genau 200 / 250 / 300 Gramm ermittelt. Der Durchmesser des Patty beträgt 140mm.
Aus hygienischen Gründen würde ich vor dem Pressen Frischhaltefolie in die Form legen. Dann das Fleisch füllen und eine Folie drüber legen. Dann pressen. Durch die Folie sind die Burger gut Verpackt und man kann sie im Kühlschrank gut lagern.

I googled the specific weight of ground beef and determined the diameter and thickness for exactly 200/250/300 grams. The diameter of the patty is 140 mm.
For hygiene reasons, I would place cling film in the mold before pressing. Then fill with the meat and cover with cling film. Then press. The cling film ensures that the burgers are well packaged and can be stored in the refrigerator.
