Metric Gap Gauge Measuring Tool

3D printable 1-20mm Gap Gauge Measuring Tool inspired by Clough42's Precision Taper Gauge Video.

The Model is roughly 215mm long and was designed with automated Multi Color 3D Printing capabilities in mind but in a pinch can either be done manually as it should require no more than two Color changes OR alternatively none at all if you remove all the Bodies except for the one labelled Main Body resulting in an embossed ( but most likely hard to read ) look.

After importing the 3MF you'll have to Lay the Model on the Face with the Lettering facing the Print Bed.

Personally, I'd suggest using a 0.2mm Layer Height combined with the Only One Wall on First Layer setting enabled. The Multi Color part is 0.4mm deep ( two Layers when printed with 0.2mm Layer Height ) which should result in next to no color bleeding when combining light and dark Colors.

Be reasonable with your expectations regarding the accuracy despite the Gauge having 0.2mm Indicators…
