Description
Hello!
I work at UPS, and IDK if they're just being cheap, or if Honeywell can't produce the parts. But the straps and comfort pads for our scanners have been in very low supply since like December.
I've been making my own Velcro (hook & loop) straps, but didn't really think about the comfort pad.
I've made a few replacement straps for my closest coworkers, but now that I know a replacement pad can also be made, I'm gonna make a few for them too after stress testing this for a week. (But TPU being what it is, I expect it to be pretty durable. Probably stronger than the original honestly)
Included is the STL for the model, as well as the Fusion360 project file so you can make your own variations.
I just made a basic version of it, and it seems like it'll work fine.
Print settings I used:
.2mm structural, then printer speed set to 70%. Takes about 25 minutes, and consumes 3 grams of filament.
