Description
When you introduce a new spool, often the first thing to print is something to calibrate. This print is done in 90 minutes on average and contains everything for basic initial calibration. But to add function, it can also be used as a palette, a visual reference for future prints.
The card contains all the basic tests you find on calibration and test prints. Test cube, cones, bridges, first layer. Press fit features, layering, and so on. But it can do more once printed. It provides enough area and surfaces to see the visual properties of the filament.
Also, it can hang, it is stackable, and it can stand on its own. And you can print labels and glue them to the window to mark what filament was used. Or just use the back side. The format of a credit card is perfect for making pallets of filaments.
Please be careful during peeling off, especially when PLA is used, as it can break in half.
