KWB Drill chair jig for pins

Hello, I designed this accessory to ensure proper alignment and to make dowel joints using a drill tool purchased at Lidl. Function: The reference stop rests on your workbench and on the wooden board, allowing you to drill holes in a straight line. Adjustment: The position can be adjusted using an M6 threaded rod. If used with the rod, it provides precise alignment but reduces the possibility of quick sliding. Alternatively, you can move the rear support freely without the threaded rod and lock it in place with M5 knobs. I used a M5 tie rod and a self locking M5 Nuts to lock the tie rod, sufficient to make friction and untighten. Printing Note: In the rear stop, you must embed M5 nuts (see sectional sketch for reference) means pause during printing. Additional to M4 inserts are required, Material Choice: I personally used 8 mm aluminum bars to keep the accessory lightweight.
